1 Acceptance of Terms

your company (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’ or the ‘Client’) agrees to appoint a ‘User Administrator’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Administrator’) in order to administer the authorisations and passwords of the persons in your Company who will be granted access to the MULTI TRADING website – www.multimpex.com – (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Website’).


2 User Information
A. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
B. Your Company agrees to appoint one or more Administrators, who will be provided with your ‘Client ID’, consisting of:
a) a unique identifier, consisting of the Administrator’s name and e-mail address,
b) a control question.
c) a password
C. Your Company declares that the Administrator, or the person to whom the Administrator grants access to the Website, is an Authorised User and that all Authorised Users have the necessary capacity and authority to place orders for products and services with MULTI TRADING, as well as to assume other obligations on behalf of the Customer, and that the Administrator and all Authorised Users who have access to the Website will comply with these Conditions.

3 Privacy Policy

4 User Conduct
Your Company is NOT entitled and agrees NOT to use the Website for the following purposes:
a) Engaging in conduct or behaviour that is unlawful, causes damage, or is contrary to public order;
b) Illegally reproducing material protected by copyright, intellectual or industrial property rights, such as product images or trademarks belonging to MULTI TRADING or its suppliers, without the prior authorisation of the owner;
c) copying, distributing or otherwise transferring the content of the Website to third parties, such as competitors of MULTI TRADING SA;
d) You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You also agree not to interfere with the security, functionality, or proper working of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading or sharing harmful or malicious content, spamming, and unauthorized access attempts.

The Administrator may, at any time, change, add, unblock, or delete Authorised Users and change the passwords of any Authorised User. The Client accepts that MULTI TRADING controls such operations and changes.
MULTI TRADING shall also have the right to cancel or amend the operations and changes made by the Administrator at any time.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the platform.

8 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice and liability, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9 Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform owner operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
Your Company undertakes to inform the Administrator of these Conditions and to ensure that it complies with them in full.
